thanks Luigi, the only problem IMO in trading Petrie is that i would have to downgrade elsewhere to get the likes of Jolly and Rider

The backs are a lot weaker than the rest of the team, but could pay off if your forwards fire. I think you should upgrade Adcock as you will have 2 lions in the backline.

Mids look good although you could downgrade one of Anthony or Foley to a rookie to free up money for the Adcock upgrade.

Rucks are the standard ruck combo. Looks fine, although I think Lycett will play more than Derickx.

Forwards almost look too strong. :P
They should be set and forget and not use up many trades.

I like the team. 8.99/10. ;D
Lol. All your rating are to two decimal places. ::)

Very nice team Junky! 8/10 but not as good as your first one. :P
Well Done

9 out of 10 mate looks pretty good, the midfield is pretty weak though, id try and spread some cash from  your fowards to the midfield

This is my new team, would appreciate some comments or feedback, if you rate mine, I will rate yours.

DEF: Brendon Goddard (M), Greg Broughton, Josh Drummond, Jed Adcock, Andy Otten, Ben Jacobs, Cameron Richardson
EMG: Michael Coad, Tendai Mzungu, Josh Toy

Not a premium heavy line, but very economical and all options there are good value with the exception of Goddard, but you gotta have him.  Adcock and Drummond are locks with a good pre season and stay injury free and fit.

MID: Dane Swan, Paul Chapman (F), Liam Anthony, Nathan Foley, David Swallow, Andrew Gaff
EMG: Dyson Heppell (B), Shaun Atley, Andrew Krakouer

2/2/0/2.  That seems to be the way to go with the starting midfield.  Got Swanny, Chappy for MPP.  Liam Anthony lock, along with Axel if he has a good pre season.  Pretty happy with the cover on the bench too.

RUCK: Aaron Sandilands, Drew Petrie (F)
EMG: Tom Derickx, Zac Smith

Sandliands lock of all locks, Petrie great value.  Derickx may change, that all depends on pre season.

FWD: Nick Riewoldt, Lance Franklin, Alan Didak (M), Matthew Pavlich (M), Jonathon Brown, Cyril Rioli, Chris Knights
EMG: Dion Prestia, Jack Darling, Brandon Matera

Really happy with that line.  Not many mid priced forward options so went very premium heavy, Prestia on the bench is great cover.  Knights a lock.

So there we go.  A rate would be lovely.

1. Might want to consider 1 of Adcock or Drummond if you are going for overall.

2. I personally don't mind having 2 starting rooks in the defence as there is a lot of talent this year.

3. Good midfield MP is covered, big premium, 2 guys who will score 100's and make you money in Foley and Anthony, and the 2 IMO best rookies of SC this year probably with Prestia and Toy

4. Great rucks can't go wrong with Sandi, Petrie and Smith

5. One of the best forward lines i have seen, i belive that has to be strong as that is the area where i got burned last year.

Overall great team 9/10

thanks for the feedback sinclair and MTTY

Junktimer

made big changes, please review your rate, I would be more than happy to re-rate any of your team's changes.  Should I go Knights or Petrie as the 7th forward?

Cheers, JT

I like the look of this team alot.. my only suggestions would be to downgrade one of your forward premiums(possibly Brown, given his injury history) and then get one better guy in the backline. Also the Foley and Anthony combination could be too much of a risk.

Junktimer

yeah i got rid of the foley anthony combo for two premiums.  fair call on browny i just love him really.  dont really wanna upgrade the backline either as i feel they are all very economical.

cheers for the advice sc addict

bomberboy0618

9/10. Very nice, but i dont know anything bout broughton, will he perform again?

MTTY

same midfield as me ;), it is a great midfield

backs same as i wrote before.

rucks same as before.

forward line is a winner.

9.5/10

3/0/0/6  That seems to be the way to go with the starting midfield.  Got MPP, and Boydo and Swallow brothers should go great.  Pretty happy with the cover on the bench too.

RUCK: Aaron Sandilands, Darren Jolly
EMG: Zac Smith, Majak Daw (F)

Set and forget line.  Daw there for MPP with Petrie.

FWD: Nick Riewoldt, Lance Franklin, Alan Didak (M), Matthew Pavlich (M), Jonathon Brown, Cyril Rioli, Drew Petrie (R)

$29k left.

Oh and one question: who would you go, Petrie or Knights?

Great updated team!! 9.5 / 10 !! :D

i just can't rate it a 10 yet because of your Mids; they're really good though; though are really risky with 3 starting rookies, i would go 2... idk how to fix it... but yea, just not quite a 10 yet for me ;D

Luigi

Junktimer

thanks for the advice fellas.

1. I think Broughton in his 3rd year will dominate BB

2. I went with three rookies in the mids due to the talent in this years draft

Boomz

Very good team all round but don't like brown in there. Having both Drummond and Adcock is ok if your going for league but if your going for overall it could hurt you same with Franklin & Rioli but you have good MPP cover so it's not too much of a worry. 9/10 :)

Junktimer

thanks BOOMZ, I like Brown, but who would you trade him for?

Boomz

I'd say Thomas or Sidebottom but then theres Didak so that probably wouldn't work...
