Interesting though, if you have to pick a team of players peaking now or what not that are international you will just end up with current Nat teams. Bit pointless.

Should make it anyone who is currently still playing cricket at any level.

Could do it for players who've represented their nation before but doesn't have to be in the National team right now (although playing in a domestic league).
