Whats it going to be next year for substitutes?

will the club have to name their substitute on thursday along with the rest of the team?

what would this mean for you if you were to see this?  would you bench your player if it happened?

That's a good point JT. If they don't name the sub until just before the bounce, well, we're all a bit screwed.

Never mind the fact that rookies could be taken off half-way through a game :(



..... If I had the choice, yeah, I would bench the player. I reckon the substitute will still play at least some game time (even if the last 5 minutes), so I probably wouldn't trade them.

Definitely bench them, don't trade them they could play the next game anyway.

I don't much care for this new rule. But what can we do now? ::). I would bench them if we know who it is going to be.

Dont scare me!! This is all sounding very horrible, I guess I always thought they would have to name 3 and then the sub, instead of the old 4 interchange. Will make life very hairy if that isnt the case.
