That is rubbish. Every major stat has gone up each season. He is some what limited in his ability to impact any further on the game without a change to his role that sees him playing on the ball.

Although the Hawk's haven't produced great form since the premiership year, in the first half of the 2009 season Cyril was the only player to player better than the year before. It was very noticeable and it was often commented on about the differential in his effort vs the rest of the team which could have been described as lethargic.
