Franchise League Bidding

This is the thread where you place bids on the teams you want into your franchise. Each team has $150 to spend on all 4 of their teams with money being taken off for the captain. I'll set the penalties at $15 for Me, and $10 for Alex while Bomberoy and Hillhero will receive $5 penalties. We are going with Tiers. One tier will be run at a time and only 1 team can be bought by each Franchise per tier to make it an even field.

All will start at $0 and the rules will be:
$5 bids until the team being bid on gets to $30.
$5 or $10 bids from there up to $50.
From $50+, any money increments are allowed until the max price is reached. The max price has been set at a whopping $100. This is 2/3 of the salary cap.
Once a team has had the max price bid on them, they are now apart of the winning bid's franchise.

The bidding is open despite Hilly not being on. This was due to 2 Captain's agreeing to it and others also wanting it to happen.
