I am undecided about whether to sell this guy (cos he's 19) or to keep him as a backup for my seniors when he turns 20. Cap/cap batsman with ok secondaries and a finisher talent.

Impossible to predict, but what would be be roughly worth if I put him on the TM now? Or should I hold on to him?

My guess is that he could sell from anywhere in between 5k to 50k. I sold a 19yo cap/cap FM on the weekend for 48k and he had very average secondaries...

Sell him if he is no use to you, or will be no use to you in the seniors. It will take him a couple of season to get to expert level, so where do you think you'll be by then? Will you need him?

I sold a cap/cap 19yo batsman wth no relevent talent for 23k the other day so I'd say around that or more ;)

I am going to somewhat neglect my youths for a while and bring in some 16/17yr old cheap players, and concentrate on building up my senior academy and my senior squad.

Aiming to get my Sen Academy to good before I change my strategy. Investment is currently 38k / 14k for academies.

Kamb is up for sale! Rea/Acc/Acc Medium but with good secondaries to boot. Put him up for 100k (when I bought him for 1k almost 160 days ago) so hoping it goes even higher :P.
