Yep. Whichever teams that enter but aren't captains, will be the ons bidded on by the captains. So it'll be for example hawka's team, or Bazinga's team or BB's team. Cookie confused alot of use by using the term player rather than teams. He's fixed that now ;).

Captains bid for (buy) FF teams to be part of each franchise.

Depending on how many teams enter. If 16 teams enter, 4 teams are captains. Depending on the Captain, the price available will change (Better the Captain, the less money for others). Then the remaining 12 teams are open to bids by the Captains with $75 being the highest possible bid. It's an auction, so highest bidder wins. So could even get a team with $5 if you want. If nobody else bids on them, it's yours really.

PCC is a comp they are running over at the FTP forums. It's for fun and it's like playing for your country. Shaggy is the Capt of Australia and I put my name down to compete. Might not get games but can be there for backup.
