How can we do this for those who are no longer members? I can't challenge, and in my case if Bazinga is not a member, then the game can't be played, can it?

How do we get around that?

Good point, so I guess we start with tier 3 games then work our way down to the captains? Tht way we can all focus on the captain games at the end.
