Replacement for Skippy

I've been having a look at some possible replacements for Skippy and could only see 2 who seem worthwhile.

Nathan Krakouer $262,500 ave - 83.25

Shannon Cox $292,700 ave - 86.25

Both play a similar rebound defender role and both look like holding their spots all season. My first thoughts were Krakouer, but Cox being at Collingwood could be more consistent.

What are your thoughts?

i can't see lucas staying fit all year and i think he will only score well against sides in the bottom 8

nice research mate. yea i like cox but being in Adel, I can tell you that M.Williams is thrilled with Nathan Krekour. Massive praises for him by his coach. He'll also keep his spot for the 22 rounds. He is becoming their designated kick-in guy, I cant see him getting drop unles something bad happens which i wont say which can jinx him. hahaha.

yeah i do like the fact choco rates him highly but if he's gonna be doing the kicking out it could affect his scores by taking him out of some of the play. too bad u dont get points for kick ins

Might get Krakour or i could upgrade skippy to Brent Harvey who is 370 000 atm.

With skippy alot depends whether his hammy is 4 or 6 weeks, it looked like a bad one...if it's only 3 or 4 he's worth holding, I think Knights has a pretty high opinion of him and he'll get a game whenever he's fit. I actually thought he was one of the bomber's best Sunday....best of a bad lot!

If Robinson is dropped, as I suspect he may be..Robinson is downgraded to rookie, hartlett maybe...and then Harvey comes in for Skippy. If Robinson is still picked, got a bit of a dilemma, as there is no one else I want to trade skippy in for other than harvey...and I don't have enough cash to do that!

im not sure about harvey yet. illl hav d cash to get anyone if i downgrade robinson to rookie but is it wise to do that now to upgrade skipworth to like sjohnson or richo or an other? its wasting 2 trades to do it

Not wasting..as your going to trade robinson at some point to make cash..and if he doesn't get a game for a while with scotland and carazzo coming back...there is no point holding him while others go up in price (hartlett)

and its not going to be a waste to trade in a premium who you keep all season. I take it you think that harvey will go back to getting scores like first few rounds?

yer i understand that. if skippy out for 4+weeks and robinson dropped and didak may miss this week with injury i will do that trade. but who u suggest?
i dont fink harvey will go bak 2 first few rounds buit he spends a lot more time forward than around the ball which can give shower scores a few games nd i dont want that. i want consistent scorer
