i'm willing to take the risk on Petrie even moreso now that I think it unlikely that HMac will get up for Rd1 - achillies inj I would think are difficult to come back from quickly.

couple that with the sub-rule and North would prob rotate Goldstein with Petrie thru the ruck??

Agree with j959. McIntosh will struggle early and Petrie will swap with Goldstein in the ruck.

This is my thinking. Using him as a cash cow, if he turns into a Keeper, super. If not, making some cash off him is still good.

I really doubt Daw would be a realistic replacement for Hmac,
there more likely to let Goldy run himself ragged in the rucks then let him rest deep forward and give Petrie a sint or 2
I dont think North would waste a sub spot on Daw when they have so many talented young midfielders
