OK guys, this is SERIOUS. We CANNOT let the Maggies get back to backs. Who is going to stand up?
And, why is your team going to be better than Collingwood next season?

The Cats will make Collingwood pay for last seasons PF. We have a new coach, the players are looking for black and white blood, and we have some new players ready to raise the bar.
Hawthorn have not beaten us since 2008. Now it's Collingwoods turn.

In fact we came very very very close. Many games were decided by goals in the dying minute.

Also, on topic, Hawthorn's form against Collingwood over the past few years is very good. We were a bit of a bogey side for them until the match round 3 this year. We still beat them round 22 though. So yeah.... we can beat them.

If a team can get in the Pies heads then they can beat them but they're a very strong side sadly...

Actually, Hawthorn have been a bogey side for most teams (including Geelong) over the years.
I see the Hawks as one of the challengers next season.
I reckon there are a few teams like Carlton and Adelaide and Freo who will be looking at a top 4 spot next season. They can't all fit in, because Geelong, St.Kilda and Footscray are not going to go away, so someone is going to be disappointed.
