(No Swan, because he is a slow starter and has a round 8 bye. MPP for c/b & c/f, the rest can be built in later when injuries hit, Hodge and Goddard a must for the backs, bench players not that important at this stage)

Ummm, it's not that good a team  ::) It is solid at most, I wouldn't get Murphy as he is going to miss the prelim final, Montagna is also a slow starter and I am unsure how Chappy will go without Ablett there as he might get the tag more often, however he may increase his output so that is not necessarily a bad choice, but it could be a flop. Also not sure how Krak or Clarke will go and not a fan of Dixon up front, I feel there are better rookies up front, still a solid 8 though.

Team isn't bad but is lacking some better premiums in the backline. Not sure about Johncock, because of the youth Adelaide will play next year. Don't think Charaman will play with Leunberger and Clark ahead of him.

You should take out X.Clarke and put either Hodge or Goddard in the mids for MPP and get a solid backman like Deledio or Kelly.

I would rate it a 7 for those reasons.

Solid but not nearly 10/10. Too many cheapies in the backline. Most backlines of FF will thrash you in that department. :P

yeah barlows right, the backline is important as i learnt this year :(

And you learnt not to trade in Fevola as a benchie round 18, when he is injured for the rest of the season. ::)

I told you not to do that trade. ;D

I traded for him earlier I believe. 1 or 2 weeks before the injury. But my season was long gone and it was an experiment ;).

I think that was around the time I gave up on SC for the year :P. A few players didn't pay off and had like 4 donuts up forward at one stage :(.

Thanks for the feedback guys. It's good to get a different perspective on things.
re johncock - I assumed the opposite, that he would be the go to man with all the youth around him
re chappy - i assumed he spent a fair time in the middle this year without ablett there(because he languished in the fwd line)
Maybe some cats or crows fans could give opinions on this
re joey - he averaged 120 over the first five and 118 in the first half of the season, so I wouldn't call him a slow starter.
re the backline - i'm confused ???, some telling me it's weak and others saying to take goddard or hodge out of it.
Guess there is plenty of time to think about it. :)

Johncock is a very nice unique. I really like him as a player and was very good this year when he played.
Joey faded a little at half year and alot of people jumped on when he dropped 150k.

Backline is good but takes alot of cash with Hodge and Goddard. Could move one to the mids to use MPP and change Clarke to a better Defence rookie.
