Looks an interesting player, he'd have to be an expert/expert very soon to be considered down the track.. Also his fielding would also have to improve.. I can't say about his NAT ambitions as when/if he comes in contention, chances are I won't be remaining on as manager..

I'm more then happy to keep in constant contact with you and help him develop and give him the best possible chance if you would like?

Do you know how far along he is in his skills? Also, what academy level do you currently have and what academy are you expecting it to be at?

He's pretty good but would have to get Outs/Outs in another 2-3 Seasons to get a better shot at NAT duties. Fielding can pop 2-3 levels and it should be fine.

Although, a bad academy takes longer to train = less chance he'll make it.

my mentor saiad to me that the rating of ur academy only has small affeect on how ur players train

Yeah but in the long run (2+ Seasons) can make a few level difference ie/ outs/outs Vs accom/accom

Yep academy levels increase training efficiency not by heaps, but it really helps to have a good academy.

im putting 12k into my youth academy a week should i up it to give my players better oppurtunities?

Haha, are you joking me? He's a Bowler and he's gifted in Keeping  ::) No ways.

Your guy is rated 19k, my guys 24k and actually has a talent which can be used.
