What do you guys think, I'm messaging the Ireland U-19 and NAT managers later to ask.'

What do you guys think I should train him in?

Don't think he would make NAT... :-\

Train him in bowling I think, then have him as an OK batsman and good bowler, so he can use his finisher talent batting at 6th or 7th.

Train him as a keeper imo waste of average keeping otherwise... Gifted in fielding will help too & then later work on his batting.

Might make the U19 NAT's but doubt he'll make it to NAT. Will have to pop quite a bit since it is EOS.

Paid over 100k for him :o :o :o. I would only do that for a 16 y.o at the start of the season as they can get more training into him.

I would say go for Ave/Rea/Rea then train Bowling/Tech for a while. Throw in some fielding pops every now and again to use his talent.

Depends if you want more of a bowler or a both ways all rounder.

I am not sure he will be U-19 NAT quality.  You are basically a season behind the rest with the development of this player (as the rest have had most of this year).
