Tom Schneider
Height- 177cm
Weight- 75kg
Club- Oakleigh Chargers

Tom Schneider performed particulary well for Vic Metro, by being named in the All-Australian team, he averaged just under a goal a game playing as a small forward and in the midfield. He also averaged 21.6 disposals from 5 games (Ave- 12 kicks, 9.6 Handballs) at 75% efficiency , and just over 6 marks a game.

His main attributes are clean hands, hitting a target and goal sense.
His weakness in sprint speed.

My Draft Ranking- Late Round 2- Midway Round 3

Decision- I will shortlist him for now, for me it will come down to if he gets game time at whatever club he ends up at. Also MPP M/F would make him very tempting.

Will you pick Tom Schneider in 2011?

All these young whipper-snappers are on my short list pending decent pre-seasons!

Must admit, have not heard of him at all. Any relation to Adam?

I am pretty sure he isn't but i also think he won the B&F for Vic Metro

Hawka

will have to depend on the team he goes to

Maca24

yea havent heard of him so will try and watch him preseason. cant really consider him if he gets drafted to collingwood, saints etc.

Boomz

I've heard a bit about him but it all depends where he ends up...

Made it onto Hawthorn's rookie list... unlikely to get game time probably.

Junktimer

surprised he held out to rookie draft.

Whitefriars boy, I'd say unlikely as they already have a strong midfield and hallahan is another draftee trying to crack into it, I'd say Hallahan and Breust would both be ahead of him.

No relation to Adam.

Boomz

I actually think he's a better player than hallahan and was very unlucky not to be picked up in the draft... IF he has a good pre-season I'll look at him but as the Hawks have a strong midfield.

Junktimer

hallahan should have gone earlier too BOOMZ, could have gone first round.

i reckon Blayne Wilson, Max Otten and Tom Schneider were the 3 best rookies not to go national draft

Hawka

no way hew ill get games unless lots and lots of injuries
