Edgar should slide down to 135 he has lorded over guys 20lbs bigger than him for the last two years...

i like Rampage and i like watching him on tv he is a classic, but plz dont take anymore fights unless u r going to be that madman that hunts dudes down, go make movies :-X

I thought after his last 2 Maynard fights that he could overcome the size differential in most cases but he didn't have any 'answer' for Benson and his tree-trunk legs!  :o

if he can fight his way back, it'd be interesting to see if he can work out a different strategy to catching the kick - maybe some high-level judo sweeping (know it's not that easy though)?

some really cool sweeps from Akiyama to Shields but no damage done and Shields controlled it all the way, even with Akiyama being a 'monster' to take down ...

next big one is Jones v Evans in April and i'll be missing it ...  :'(

lets face it rampage lost the wolf a while ago, there was an implied feel that it would return for the bones fight but it was clearly over...

he blamed some illness/injury for the weight issue, but imo he was just after another payday, stand still ya get left behind

unless the 135 cut for edgar is an issue, he is mad not to hava crack at it. fighting guys 20lbs bigger isnt conducive to longevity

saw reports attributed to Edgar that he felt his speed and quickness were enough to get him through and that not having to cut gave him an advantage ... and as above, i thought he was right having dealt with Maynard but Henderson was a different proposition ...

yep Maynard is a big 155 but he is somewhat rigid unlike benhen who is fluid/flowing in his attacks, not taking anything away from maynard, its just his style makes him easier to touch cos he is right there in front with little head movement.

Yeah, that was crazy. Read it was first a split to Johnson, then majority to Johnson and then finally Majority Draw. Shame it wasn't decided on the night with that 4th round but means they have to fight again 8). I liked the match and McCall could have won it in the last round, but he was playing up to the crowd :P.

Overeem Vs JDS card coming up soon-ish I think is filled in with Heavyweights :o.

I just realised that Ultimate Fighter Season 15 started today! It was being shown LIVE on Fuel TV from 1-3:30pm today. I'm assuming they will be showing it during the week probably on Go for free-to-air.
