I might have to create a new twitter account and just follow Diaz and McGregor - the war of words for this will be insane.

Wow, Diaz doesn't go down to easy either, great chin, he is going to look like a burnt pepperoni pizza after a few minutes of getting bashed by Conor.

Rekn it will be hard for Conor to KO him, Diaz understands he would have to come forward to get KO'd so he wont, he will anchor that back foot poke the front leg way out there and just shuffle around using his length and taunting Conor in, it will be a good test of Conor's mental strength but nothing else

Dana White just confirmed the fight will be at 170 lbs :o

Who would that be though, Pettis?  Maybe the guy will go up another divi and take on the belt holder, haha!
Think Pettis is lined up for a fight with Barboza which should be a good stand up war if they want it to one!!

Nate did want a go at Conor and props to Conor for taking it at 170lbs :o. Probably could make it to 155 but as shortish notice, guess Conor has no cut to make now. Looking forward to the trash talking as well ;).

Dudge

I sort of hope I'm wrong ( just wanna see Conner pushed, like the first round against Mendez ) but I just see a quick finish.

I think Dal Santos smashes  Nate, so what does Conner do  ::)

UFC were in a hard place, but Nate?

RiOtChEsS

As soon as RDA went down Dana would have been on the blower to Conor and this is who Conor chose out of the available

The reason they are fighting at 170 is if he dispatches Nate easily he goes straight on to Lawler next, his plans remain the same ;)

Everyone wants to fight Conor, i want to fight Conor, who wouldnt want that money...

Dudge will get his wish, Nate is flat footed with a wide base, he doesnt really come forward so much as shuffle forward, he has a good chin and wont rush in, he shuffles taunts, waving opponents in then uses his range to pick them apart, the issue with his flat footed approach is that he doesnt have a lot of power and with that anchored wide base, he needs to catch guys rushing in to multiply his power, he is also wide open for leg kicks to that front leg, look for Conor to be smart and tear that leg up through the first 2 rounds so Nate gives up his wide base and then he will swarm for the finish

Only because of Nates chin.

Quote from McGregor

"His soft body and his lack of preparation, he will not be able to handle the ferocity.  End of the first he will be put away.

Don't get me wrong, I do respect Nate.  There's a lot of pussies in this game and he is not one of them.

There's a respect there between us, but its business in there and business is business.  He will be KO'd inside the first round."

The trash talk gets guys coming forward though and Nate wont, look at any of his fights, he anchors up and paws with that reach

He will need to chop the leg or front kick the abdomen to setup the eventual finish, that will take an accumulation of strikes

Apparently the presser today was great, gonna try and find it now!  ;D
