UFC Countdown - 127 airs on OneHD this Thursday and Saturday night.

The countdown is an interview based show previewing the main fighters on the upcoming fight card. This one should have BJ Penn and Jon Fitch, Michael Bisping and Jorge Rivera as well as "Aussie" George Sotiropoulos and Dennis Siver ...

Not sure if the Sat show is a repeat or part 2 of the countdown - i'd guess it'll be part 2 but you never know.

UFC 127 in Sydney this coming Sunday but it doesn't look like OneHD is showing it live like they did last year for UFC 110.   :'(

Not sure if I'll make it to a sportsbar again due to work commitments ...  :'(

Unlucky J :(. Hopefully they do show it but might be a bit of an ask.

I think there is only 1 countdown so it's a repeat. I've watched quite a few of them in the past and it's always all done in one show with only the main matches summed up.

Wow that's insane. He should be banned from fighting in any MMA event again!

agreed and the fact the owner jumped in that quickly is also a little disconcerting... there has got be others to take that role on we cant have Julia choking out politicians when they get a little loose... Foley beware :P

i've seen quite a few 2 and 3 part countdowns - pretty sure the the Velasquez v Lesnar one was 2 or more and the GSP v Kosheck countdown was over 2 parts.

With this Fitch v Penn though it may only be the one countdown so not sure ...

I guess it depends on the quality and names of the fighters. Obviously the more big name fighters involved, the longer the countdowns..... Yet I still haven't seen a multi-part countdown.

They're also showing UFC 110 tonight, but it's pretty late.

From a TV guide website ...

UFC 110 - On the eve of UFC's return to Sydney, revisit the 2010 event when the world's fastest growing sport first came to Australia. Bisping, Silva, Sotiropoulos, Nogueira and Velasquez were all on the card.

Past midnight is way too late for me :'(. Probably will watch the countdown on Saturday.

I wish Foxtel still showed One as I could have recorded it :'(.

If you have cable foxtel they have OneHD on there but not with satellite.

Justin Bieber

I do have cable but they replaced it with Eleven (although that's on a completely other channel).

That sucks. When I moved in to my new house last year I had to go from Cable to Satellite so I lost OneHD through my foxtel.

So does the Penn/Fitch fight go down as a draw?
or does Fitch get the win?
