I'll post here what I did in the other thread.
Dempsey and Etherington both score well.
Dempsey consistently scores about 120 and Etherington scored 146 last season. That put him in the top 10 midfielders I'm pretty sure.
Currently the 8th and 9th best scoring midfielders respectively

Young hasn't been in good form :(. But I still love him :-*.
Carew will have Agbonlahor coming back in to steal some game time off him (although they play 2 strikers, Houlier has a new found interest in Heskey as well as younger players). Kuyt to balance Berba who is one of the top scoring forwards.

Hmm how about VDV, Pav and Samba/Dann for any mid except Gerrard or Lampard, Rodallega/Hernandez and Koscielny/Dunne.
I assume you'll say no, but it's the best I can offer you

Gerrard is starting to find form, and Lampard is due back soon (i hope), and milner is out of form
