mainly posted it cuz i got bored and was up sick as a dog at 4am

Well Sorry to say this, but your Wordpad will be a waste of time.

Player don't have a set time that they will pop. As the Academy plays a part, how old they are, when they started and their age do as well  :-\

yeah i know that
but for example my academy is on reasonable for both and it's not going to go up my oldest player is 24

point being really where wordpad comes in handy is
say Rahmann for me pops in bowling which means he has no sublevels there
yet if he still has 3k in spare ratings you know you got some ratings already building elsewhere meaning i list the week he popped and how many spare points he has and so on then in the long run will have a general idea where those rating points are and know exactly how many needed for a pop then average out how many he has been getting and multiply

so if i pop him in bowl/tech/field/endurance and power if he has any points left i know it's in bat or keep so i take note of what is left over and when i start putting him on bowl after a couple of week i should be able to average out how much he gets a week and estimate roughly when he pops next

and if that still doesn't work out doing it every week at least lets me know who's getting roughly close to another pop

and unless your trying to pop to say spectacular
then going from reliable to capable only needs 1000 rating so you can get a general idea of who is getting close to a pop since the most you can possibly have is 6993 but on the forum at FTP they were saying they only get up as high as 4,500 before they get a pop yes it can go higher but you know your awfully close to a pop

I don't really mind either way. If you get bored sometime, can do it.

plus i don't mind doing it i find it interesting
and keeps my mind off the fact i'm sick and been up since 2:30am
