Youth Squad

James Allen 2,996 (All-Rounder. But is probably getting fired at EOS anyway)
Levi Brouwer 2,161 (Keeping. He's Gifted in it. Wanted to pop him at least one more then I'll work on batting. He already has Ave Tech so it's not a huge concern)
Thomas Chancellor 4,063 (Batting. Will probably make it to the senior squad as a cheap waged backup)
Graeme Hazelwood 2,379 (Bat Tech. Popped in Batting this week. 50-50 Prospect on whether he survives the end of season cull)
Jeff Howlett 3,226 (Bowl Tech. He has another year in the youth and is probably my best bowler there)
Robert Hutton 3,207 (Bat Tech. Popped in Fielding This Week. Now to work on that tech gap he has)
Cooper Labelle 3,119 (Bowling. Youth Pull This Week. Won't play this season unless it's at the end and I'm either safe to or no chance to promote. But will probably pick up New Ball Duties next season)
Fernando Lowe 2,773 (Fitness, Another who's gone at EOS)
Cillian Lynch 2,754 (Keeping. Has another season in there. Will Probably end up as backup to Ethan Cain)
Daragh Lynch 4,366 (Batting. Project Player. Will probably become an all-rounder. Unlikely to play this season though. Is Gifted in Batting though)
Robert Reid 3,199 (Bowl Tech. See Hutton, Robert. But could develop into handy all rounder)
Michael Rock 2,384 (Bowling. Another to face the axe at EOS)
Jay Singh 2,699 (Batting. Sort of just...there. But could develop into an okay youth bat)
Conrad Strydom 2,424 (All-Rounder. Because that's exactly what he is)
Mahboob Subhan 3,002 (Bowling. Second Spinner. Will probably become top spinner next season)
Killian Sweeney 3,292 (Bowl Tech. Wrist Spinning Project)
Tommy Swift 5,635 (Batting. Will probably be cheap backup next season)
Peter Tait 1,571 (Bowl Tech. Will Probably become 2nd strike bowler next season)
Antonio Wall (1,917 (Fielding, Keeper-Bat is most likely)

roo boys!

Nice write up BP :)

I invest more into snipe than youths also.

Baz, you have some high spare ratings there...

Yeah, fitness always helps especially as the player is getting older. Just like fielding is always better for the Youths, fitness and Power are always better for oldies... Primaries can be a real slog at times!!

roo boys!

You have my ex player Mohammed Baloch? huh :P

cookie311993

whats the formula?
add up the values of all your players skills (bat, bowl, tech etc.) the value is based on atro=0, dread=1000, poor=2000, ord=3000 etc. all the way up, then subtract that value from your players rating figure, and that is your spare ratings for that player, a higher number represents a higher chance of a pop soon
