There's a Quote button under the "Font Size" Panel and next to the Dot Point button, or if you want all the extra info like who said it and at what time you just make a new tab and quote that post, and Copy and Paste all the text into your original post.

I go for who said what when I answer questions. Just open up two tabs with the quotes (or more if you need more) and copy and paste like Q said.
