The average rating of my senior side is a huge 26,426!!
And for my youth team it is an outstanding 18,402!!

My youth team average is 24,803. Got 23 in my youth squad.

Well make sure you don't get any more in your youth squad ML, otherwise they wont get trained to their full effect

I have 4 19 y.o's who I think I can replace next season comfortably :). 2 bowlers leaving and already have their replacements lined up. 2 batters (1 is an allrounder) leaving with 1 spot easy to fill and another might be up for grabs ;D.

Going to get rid of some 19 y.o's half way through next season as I would have too many :-X.

I don't have much backup at the moment but planning on buying 2 backup bowlers and 2 backup batsman before EOS.
Already have 1 backup keeper :)
Actually Carter is good for depth but not getting a game I'll try and get him to exp/exp by the end of next season and then he will sell for a bit (hopefully)

which i'm happy with considering i only just added one 19 year old and have one 18 year old 3 17 year olds and play 6 16 year olds

otherwise i could have a higher rating
