I rarely do that unless they are 2 levels under full fitness. Don't see much of a point ;). I can't if I want to stay in Div 1 for another season :P.

When I had my older players they would only play SOD for me as I was 3 games clear in T20 ;)

This season you will see my T20 ratings soar up again ;)
