Can't see much wrong with it, good MPP through out but I would take Jolly over Ryder just because Ryder has the bye in the last round

i had judd in my side but he will miss the prelim so i'd get selwood or chapman instead

I like it maca. didn't really like it before because you had two fwd rookies starting, and I prefer 1 fwd rookie starting (and even then I'm not confident).
Like thomas and rioli in your fwd line a lot.
I think teams should start with 13 premiums minimum (you've got this... as well as 6 super premiums which counts for much more!)

Something I do when making my teams is to count how many players I'll need to upgrade and in your case I counted 8-9 players that can be upgraded (of course there is potential for some of these players to be high scorers and won't need upgrading). So at worst you'll upgrade 9 players which will take 16-18 trades.

That comment depends on if you're going for the overall win (which everyone should be doing) and therefore want a team full of premiums by the end of the season. Just something you might want to take on board..

Cheers

thanks tfer i appreciate it. i agree forward rookies make me uncomfortable and i dont want to stack the forwards either, as theyre an inconsistent bunch  :). livethedream i dont mind that juddy misses the prelim. i want to have a mix of players from every team. i hate thinking to far ahead.  :D
but thanks for the info.

LiveTheDream

I agree with you there maca, a good mix of players is very important and if there is one person from carlton you want, its judd. Im still not 100% sold on selwood yet and am weighing up if judd is still worth having from the start

benjy251090

If you are going to get Judd, you may as well start with him as you don't want to upgrade to him just to trade him back out

bomberboy0618

i agree with benjy it would be a waste of 2 trades

Maca24

yea there is a lot of pressure on Jselwood. he will get the number 1 tag and may not have the support that he use to.
yep judd definitely isnt a lock in my team though.

HTM

solid team, however forwards are weak

tferrier18

Really? I don't think they're too bad...

He's got 4 premiums and 1 fallen premium...I think they're pretty solid

HTM

thomas over priced, chris knights injury prone

Maca24

there not that weak. 4 premiums and 3 mid pricers. ive seen worse.
