Do you have a lot of cash to throw around with?
And you do realise, that if you are bidding to a player in an External or Unmanaged team, all you need to do is offer the lowest price that their chairman will accept, and you will definitely get him (unless another manager has bidded, then you have to try and offer a lot)

Im thinking you want a keeper? There are two free agents going around that are 89+ Stekelenburg and Adler from un-managed clubs are cheap, both 90. Akinfeev 91 from an external club is good aswell.
Do you need a RB as well? Try snap up Rafinha, 90 Free Agent, and young too! Kolo Toure for some experience aswell.
-You have enough depth in your mids and fwds to keep up, but those defenders and keepers are crucial to get on.

Also, have you put you 21 and under into your Youth Team ;D
And you do know about the "trade 2 for 1" deal yeah?

Got Bouzanis as project keeper, will be a very good player and is very young.

For all your players that are aged 21 or under, click on them, then under Squad Status, click to put them into your Youth Team. This way they wont be dissapointed if they dont get games, and will be ecstatic if they do ;)

The last point is perfect for new managers. Say you want a 90 rated CB that you would have to pay 8mil for if you only did Cash. Now say youve also got a CB in your team, but is rated 86, and is 27 years old so wont rise as much soon in ratings. this 27y.o guy would normally value say 2.5, but when you offer him in a trade to a club, he is then worth 3.2.
That would then help you get the player you want easier, by spending less money, and getting rid of unwanted players.
EXAMPLE:

-You want Naldo, CB, worth £10,810,000. Now if you offer players with money, he would then be worth £12,972,000.
But then you offer yours Hilton and Cabore, which added togethor would be worth almost 12mil (thats an estimate because their value may be higher or lower when in a deal). So that way, you only need to pay that extra 1or2 mil, instead of 12 mil, and in the meantime, you have gotten rid of two players.

Well that is completely wrong luigi. Putting them in the youth team is just an easier way of sorting your players if you have a large squad. It doesn't change their expectations whatsoever.

yeah it does make it look better with Organisation... But i'm pretty sure HP said something about they wont feel concerned about not getting games..
