OK ::

Milito, Flamini and Gilardino are Injured and when on field it has Inj highlighted red over their player condition (so instead of 22% it has Inj)
Bonera, Emanuelson, Pjanic and Arshavin are Not Match Fit so when on field it has say 44% and highlighted orange.
Pjanic recently became Cup-Tied. Pjanic recently played and scored for his National team (Bosnia). Pjanic has a Morale of 51.

Oh sorry didn't realise...
I still think it would be because he is in the youth team. Move him from the youth to seniors and see if that changes it

well he turned 21 on the 2nd of April. I sent him to Senior team and the blue has gone. oh well. He can be senior now if it means no blue ;D

i like to keep them in the youth squad, have 22year olds in some of my teams in youth squads :P

Means if theyre not getting games they wont get un happy

i have been setting my line up, but not my actualy tactics, have done it this week, better pay off, otherwise i have no clue whats going on.
