1. You can only bid once for him (no changing a bid)
2. Make it an undisclosed offer so no one knows how much you are really willing to pay ;)

if he plays for an unmanaged club, then it's the first offer to be made that get's accepted.

if not, then it's up to the manager.

No it's not hilly. If more than 1 offer comes in for him before an offer gets accepted they accept the highest offer, not the first offer.

BS if you don't have much money how did you expect to get him?

HP I accepted the deal for Vucinic. Wasn't planning on selling him as he was a handy back up player but the offer was too good to refuse!
