Also I know it is a little late to say this, but I think the seasons are too long playing 36 matches. I think it would have been better just playing 18, so that promotion and relegation occurs more often

It's an online game, which as hilly pointed out is at soccermanager.com
It's kinda like football manager except on the internet so you play against other real people. 86 created a league just for fan footy people. Div 1 is all taken up, but you are welcome to join div 2 and see if you can get promoted
