means we have half premier league teams in 1 division..

Yeah but it's a bit of a disadvantage to have Lyon when everyone else would have teams like Chelsea, Barcelona ect.

Why doesn't everyone here nominate a team they would like to be, then they get put in the league, but then the teams are randomly allocated to everyone in the league?

cf.. i already have a way to do it on random.org

Yeah I know you do for who gets what team, but not for deciding what teams are in the league.
Seriously if everyone nominates one team to get put in the league it would be much easier
