why not maca? I am going for a more older aged team. To try and get promotion and get the money to invest into both academies. I want promotion in all 3 this season which would be great.

i am going like this a project batter, bowler, ar and keeper. The rest i want the best possible lineup to put on the pitch regardless of age

Well then I can just train up my squad. Should be beastly in a season or 2.
Everyone aged between 22-25 with the exception of Astle.
I dont think ill promote in T20 Div 3 anyway, Ive got a ridicolous league. Ill be lucky to avoid demotion.
Ill promote in SOD Div 4 though.
And by having my team set, it allows me to put any money I get straight into academy. Win.

thats what i plan on doing. Div 3 sponsorship fro twenty20 and SOD so bigger gate takings and div 4 youth. Academy should be getting a good workout. Both academies that is. Get some good youths coming through and training up. Hopefully div 2 for everything next season. Div 3 for both should make experience gains for the younger players alot easier

Yeh sounds like you will only get better. Im shipping out my 30yr olds.

I do purchase players but have a settled team at the moment

1 x 28yo (RFM AR)
2 x 27yo
2 x 26yo
2 x 25yo
2 x 24yo
2 x 23yo

All of my bowlers/batsmen are outs/outs. I am looking to pick up one or two 20yo - 22yo (each season) so I can develop over the next few years to be ready for replacing my players when they get to 30.

I am also saving my money up cos I really want to buy back my youth pull that I sold a couple seasons ago. He is developing in to a very nice keeper-batsman (he is 18 and been in the Bermudan U-19 squad since he was 17).
