I say we limit Legend's to one a week. One Midnight hits on a new week, we'll start a poll that won't be changed until the same time next week. During the week, people can nominate others (who meet the criteria) for the next poll the following week.

Good idea HP I have changed it so that only 1 person can achieve legendary status a week.
I have also changed the rules so that only Legends can nominate and only once a week.
I'm also considering changing the rules so that the Legends can nominate 1 person a week as a group.
