As CF said, they pop on Monday but you can see the changes until the next pop.

Mine have been going for a little while that way though. I'm training basically everyone until the end of next season in Fielding. Want everyone around capable/reliable.

I think taht's too high. I reckon Reasonable is ok for now until you build your team up more.

Everybody in my seniors are off fielding now :D.

Why is it too high? I want my team to be productive in the field, capable will be suffice. I have a young team remember :P

I think how much I spent on him R&B has been worth it.

He's picking up at least 2 Wickets per game and he is slowly becoming my Captain so I think it's worth it.
