A good bunch of birthday pops :)
Best pop for my main was Fellows to accom fielding... can now return to taking him to outs/excep/excep - bat/bowl/tech

Affiliate's best pop was Raja > excep batting. Now an excep/spec 23yo finisher with bat. Will take his exp field > spec field and hope for his tech pop along the way :) Bloke will be a star.

18yo spinner to reli/reli, three fielding pops to capable for 17yo's, and three 16yo's popped in fielding to reasonable. :)
And my keeper popped in experienc to ordinary, very happy. :)

I train all my 16 year olds to capable fielding straight away, before then switching to primaries. Will look to have them at accomplished by the time they turn 20 :)

Yeah I figured with a potential promotion into Div 2 next season, and then hopefully again into Div 1 the season after, I'll need more than reasonable fielding on my players. :)
