Casper is Gifted Bowling.
Currie is Gifted Fielding and a Spin or Seasm Specialist (bats better against them).
Gallagher is a Boundary Hitter.
Fenton (my oldest youth recruit at 18) is turning into a decent Spinning all rounder for youths.

I have noticed that with my reasonable acadamies that my players ratings are going up by about 100 points a week.  Well they did last week :)
