What to do? Great secondaries, including captaincy, which is what I need... Will probably keep him for that reason and just primary train him until 20.

Any ideas?

Can't be bothered TBH, but I'd predict, if he gets a pop in both bat and tech before season end in a Lavish YA, he'll get to maybe rel/cap or maybe rel/rel by 20yo if I'm lucky.
