He could get to ordinary perhaps with the gifted(fielding) not sure how fast fielding trains with gifted(fielding ) on a 16 year old in a lux academy

Will only get to average if there is high sublevel of fielding and I pop in 1 or 2 weeks.  Then 3 weeks for the next one.

Yes. I have a non-existant YA for my main side, but after almost 3 seasons of similarly bad pulls for my affiliate ...
