CF, I'm in Div 4. Dreadful would be somewhat respectable.  :P Also he is 16 so I can develop his fielding.

I didn't buy, I pulled.  ;) and I won't sell. I will go field training till average after a bowling pop which shouldn't be far away especially with 3k SR. I'm hoping that 3k is in either field or bowl.  :P

I know you didn't buy him I was just stating my criteria for buying someone. If I pull someone with poor fielding, unless they are reas/reas or insanely good I will sell/fire them. I also agree with Cyrus to get the fielding done first

Dreadful fielding wouldnt help you in div 4 torp. You would still had to get past my youth side where average is my minimum

Yep, same as cookie. 7 of my guys have reas fielding, only 2 have ord (both 16) and my side is Div 4 too. :P

Ive got every player with avg plus fielding :) Trained one guy to accomplished last season :P

;D ;D ;D Just gave me a tech pop so ord/reas at 16 with NBB and Skilled Bat. still 3k SR so put him on bowl training hoping for a bowl pop in the next few weeks to go avg/reas. then I would go to field which needs some improvment although poor is somewhat respectable. would like to get it to average though.

You are actually better off training fielding first to at least average as this trains really quickly at 16 (also doesnt increase your wage too much at EOS).  From there you can primary train all you like.  Not a bad player - will be a good club player but prob wont be a Nat.

Pity about the tech gap, but with reasonable batting someone might train him up to be a keeper with that talent. You might get 50-100k at this time of season.

Don't know what to do with him... I have a 16yo keeper, plus I have an 16yo AR. If I put him on the TM, would I fetch much?
