Ok, I'll be honest...

• He is a terrific manager who knows how to get the best out of his limited U19 pool of players
• He keeps a very good eye on training from when a player is recruited from YA's right through to when they are playing for the Senior NT side
• He is passionate about FTP and very helpful when it comes to helping people with training
• However, this is what I find frustrating - he is a whiner, who won't stop complaining about how the ME is against him, and that Ash needs to change the game. If he doesn't like it, stop playing it.
• He also is a total nOOb :P

Don't get me wrong, we all complain occasionally about the ME, and it's flowered up state, but honestly when a tour is on that matter (not the T20 for instance) he will whine to the nth degree.

Also, he is a great manager of the limited pool of players that Bermuda has coming through, but he just occasionally gets on my nerves. It's about time someone else has a go anyway. As good as he is, we need to share as well :P

There you go my two cents. If he were to stay on, and no one were to oppose him, I obviously would support him, but the above is just my opinion on him...
