Reasonable isn't bad but just saying 2-3 weeks (what PB suggested), may be a tad too little for Fielding, even at 16 :P. I'd agree with Fielding to Ordinary/Average first then go to Batting/Technique. If his endurance doesn't pop once he reached Ave/Ave, then I'd suggest some Fitness training as atrocious endurance is just :-X. There is basically a season training plan if you want to take it (or mix it up a bit).

Takes me 4 weeks in a superior academy to increase fielding 1 level on a 16 year old so year PB was way off :P

Okay, well my YA academy which is on satisfactory, gets 16yo's improving 365 points, thus popping every 2-3 weeks. :P :P i win.

not all of that goes to fielding though PB

LOL!!! Not to mention he may have already had some points stored in the fielding sub-levels. If you start at a base 0 points on the skills, it'd take maybe 4-5 weeks depending on the academy at 16. Fielding I think trains 250 points with perhaps the other 100 or so points spreading between Technique and Endurance (but very little for Technique).

Horrible Experience and Endurance Luigi. Not to say he isn't decent everywhere else. If you can see him feature in your Youth team, can keep him as he wouldn't sell for much (maybe 5k).
