For me, the way I look at pulls before I fire them is thay must pass my TASR test.
If they get 3 ticks then I ask myself can I use him ?- if I can, then I keep him.
If I can't fit him in and/or I need the coin more then cough up the 1k, put him to market and hope that inflation reigns supreme.

Following this model I will keep Adam Grant on the reasoning I only have 5 players under 19 in my Youth squad atm and I can't guarantee the quality of what I'll pull for the rest of the season and risk getting spuds next season allocated to me.

The breakdown of the model I presented wasn't representative of Adam Grant either, it was in response to valk's question of wheteher he should keep his pull or not (Frederick Anthony) and I forgot to address it to him  :-[

He hasn't replied yet. Just said he has a superior youth academy which is good.  My player has some interest and I can see his skills as long as I am part of management

WTF. Patient Mataboge entered the transfer market last night at approx. 8am FTP time. 14 hours later he is at 60k.

A youth? That's outrageous. I'm just happy that he's pulled back some of the $350,729 i've spent on players.
