Pretty much a shower YP, especially with the wrong talent, but maybe I should keep him and get him up to avg/avg, then try and flog him, would he get much then?

Hmm I dunno fletch, it would really depend on how quickly he popped up to avg/avg. It might be better getting his fielding up to poor or ordinary as that trains quicker and then would look like a better prospect, but I really don't know sorry

Interesting pull Hilly.  I think you should sell him - just not sure what you would get for him.  If his batting was ord then would go for quite a bit and would be a decent keeper/batsman (in the right academy)

i haven't fired him yet. ok will sell him and he comes just at the right time too cause i need some more monies :) and hopefully a spinner if i can get one that i want

Cic I currently have an 18 y.o wristy with flipper talent on the market. Not the best technique, but great secondaries and due for a pop soon.
