Keep or sell? High wage, and reas bowling, but big tech gap... ??

How good is your YA Fletch? If you have a good YA, i'd keep him and train him on fielding or bowl tech for about 7 - 10 weeks and hope that you get a pop or two in technique. If you can get him to reas/ave by about week 10 he should still sell for a good price IMO.

You'll get a bite or two on him Baz because he is ord/ord at this time of the season, but I don't think he would be worth that much, but worth putting on the TM, unless you want to keep.
