He isnt that good really but definitely go as a batsman

Why on earth would you train him as a bowler? He has dreadful bowling!!
Train as a batter if you want to keep him, but for this late in the season he is pretty rubbish. He is basically 17

He is a spinner and has arm ball talent. I will keep him because i need youth players badly

Talents are just a bonus - you should always look at the players primary skills to work out what type of playing you will make him.

Yeah as valk said the talents are just a bonus. Anyway he has a finisher talent so would be good batting in your middle order :)
