Great pull MTTY, pity he ain't 16... To get a reasonable skill at 16 woulf have got you 1 mil, but as cookie said you should probably get between 200-300k. Get the cash while you can, as you would not have the academy to train him and make it worth while.

He would actually lose value the more you hold on to him.

Or you could keep him, and work on his secondaries. They're a bit ordinary...

Well, his secondaries are pretty ordinary, so you might want to work on those.
