I pulled my first 16 year old today (looking for an Irish Batsman) and he came up Opener, ranked 13k. Stats were  :P
Anyone have a min rating they look for or do you go more for a certain skill set?
I fired him.

He's not bad. Decent fielding and keeping right now so could make him a keeper batsman.

You want him McRooster? I pulled General, which means it gives you the best available, but often it's faulty, like if they give you a Bowler, he's a good Keeper as well.

up to u fletch will probably never make it to your seniors but having a straight out fast as an opening bowler in youth will help get some wins ;)
