well if u going to keep him message the assistant to see his chances

generally they are good at helping by telling you what to train them in

oh and Zz i was looking into his worth for you
on the forums they have a bit called player valuation and a guy posted his 16 year old his stats were similar to your guys except your guy was 1 level better
in tech/power and endurance and the ireland under 19 manager said for his guy in the range of 500k to 1 mil

so yours could be worth a bucketload
u should post it in there its just a bit to ask what people think his worth not for sale in the player valuation bit

so u would get at least 100k i'd say for sure
