No not an AR, since he is only ordinary in bowl and bat and is 17. Just go pure batsmen :)

i don't mean to gloat about 3 16yo in a row, not the quality because this guy is pretty shower, but since in every other aspect of this game I am hopeless,

is the 3rd 16yo i have pulled in a row, almost all decent, sold the first one for nowhere near enough, this guy isn't great but still 16 and a chance at being a player at least for my youth team ? tech is a problem but fielding seems to train fast when 16.. power another issue. maybe i cut him :)

this is my main team which i have upgraded the youth academy to excellent, so not sure if upgrading it improves pulls, but going a lot better than my affiliate team in pulls and better than both did last season, where i got a 17yo with a 10k rating every second week.

Yea upgrading it does improve pulls and he could turn out quite a decent player for your youth squad.
