I have a luxurious academy and I still get rubbish! The average wage of my 4 players so far this season has been $549, with the top at $620 but he was 17!!

Because it randomly rewards different players with a set pattern of good pulls season by season while the rest of us get shafted.

Ive never had a 'gun' pull as such though. I just am happy with my pulls. I dont ever get players with reas/avg like someone like jamillar..
