but still a good one anyway should turn into a good player for you
but if pulled at start of season might of pushed close for NAT

especially with 4,545 spare rating points

certainly look like you could especially being a wrist spinner too
though i'd concentrate on popping that tech then maybe give him some field
for a pop to ave go to something then go back to field

fielding is great to train them in not only so they can field well but it barley even puts there wage up yet makes them a great all round player
plus the younger they are the quicker they train in fielding

Fielding and power don't add much to wage. So if wages are killing you, train them instead of the primaries. Helps the player without making you pay more next season ;).

As it turns out, my 17 year old from last week (Davison) with a worse rating than Alex's player (but got runner up MoTM when i played himbas a joke, was on rest training! Came to my senses and fired him though now.

yup sounds good get that tech pop then field then maybe tech again to get it up to ave like the batting is and if u have him on bowl tech pop that then field then back to bowl tech if your lucky u might get a bowl pop too making him ave in bat/bowl/field and tech
